En Porsche Chile buscamos integrar a nuestro equipo un/a Brand Manager, quien será responsable de liderar la gestión de las marcas Seat y Cupra, anticipando las necesidades de nuestros clientes para conectar las mejores soluciones de movilidad disponibles con el mercado local y controlando su P&L para alinear los resultados de margen y volumen a los objetivos de la empresa. Será responsable de liderar la estrategia y posicionamiento local de ambas marcas en línea con lo acordado con las fábricas y liderar el desarrollo del negocio en Chile a través de la red de concesionarios. Reporta directamente a la Gerencia General. Principales Tareas: 1. Negociar con las fábricas los planes comerciales anuales y condiciones necesarias que permita desarrollar la marca maximizando el beneficio para la compañía y su red de concesionarios, cumpliendo con los objetivos acordados con ellos. 2. Definir políticas comerciales alineadas a los objetivos de la marca e implementar a través del equipo comercial a cargo. 3. Asegurar la operación de los canales de venta para el logro de sus respectivos objetivos de acuerdo al Business Plan. 4. Desarrollar estrategias que apunten al aumento de la penetración de las marcas en el Mercado y asegurar su adecuada implementación. 5. Liderar equipo de alto desempeño para el logro de los objetivos en conjunto a las áreas de Marketing, Desarrollo de Red y Post Venta. 6. Velar por el cumplimiento de los procesos y políticas corporativas de la empresa.
