At BrandCore, we are a fast-growing multi-brand company based in Santiago, Chile, passionate about building meaningful connections with our customers through data-driven marketing. We are looking for a curious, self-driven Digital Marketing & CRM Analyst to join our hybrid team and play a key role in shaping how our brands grow online and engage with their audiences. This is a hands-on role where you will own the performance monitoring of our digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms, while keeping a sharp eye on SEO and AI-driven search positioning for all our brands. You will be the key liaison with our external agency, briefing them on needs and ensuring implementations are executed correctly and on time. Tools like Metricool and direct access to all advertising portals will be at your fingertips. On the CRM side, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of data coming from multiple sources, building and managing dashboards that give visibility across the full marketing and sales funnel, and configuring email marketing campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. If you love connecting dots between data, campaigns, and customer behavior, this role was made for you. We offer a competitive salary of CLP $1,200,000 – $1,500,000 gross per month, private health insurance, 15 days of additional vacation beyond the legal minimum, hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 remote), flexible hours, and continuous learning budget for courses and certifications. Requisitos

-> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field -> Up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or CRM roles -> Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms -> Knowledge of SEO best practices and AI search ranking trends -> Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email campaign configuration -> Proficiency in Metricool or similar social media and campaign management tools -> Ability to build and interpret marketing and sales funnel dashboards -> Strong data quality mindset and experience working with multi-source data -> Excellent communication skills to brief and coordinate with external agencies -> Self-motivated, autonomous, and genuinely curious about the latest digital and CRM trends -> Advanced English is a plus -> Availability to work hybrid from Santiago, Chile (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
