Senior Graphic Designer

Talentic's Web Team is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to take full ownership of our digital brand identity. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Talentic looks and feels across every touchpoint — from our main website to corporate templates and beyond.

In this role, you'll be the creative authority on our visual identity, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all digital and brand assets. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into compelling design, while also rolling up your sleeves on hands-on execution — tweaking logos, refining color systems, and crafting templates that reflect who we are.

We're a remote-first team that values autonomy and craft. If you're a seasoned designer who loves owning a brand end-to-end and isn't afraid to get technical when needed, we'd love to hear from you.

-> 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital and brand identity -> Proven experience owning and evolving a brand identity system (logo, colors, typography, guidelines) -> Strong understanding of web design principles and ability to design for digital-first environments -> Proficiency in HTML templating and CSS (ability to implement or closely collaborate on web assets) -> Experience designing corporate templates and visual assets at scale -> Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital design work -> Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment -> Nice to have: proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch -> Nice to have: motion design or animation experience -> Nice to have: UX/UI design experience
