Frontend Developer II (React / Node.js)

We are looking for a Mid Frontend Developer to join our growing, internationally distributed frontend team. You will take ownership of our customer-facing talent requisition application, playing a key role in maintaining its stability, squashing bugs, and continuously improving the user experience and performance. As you grow into the role and build deeper product knowledge, you will expand your scope to contribute to exciting new projects, including our talent onboarding process and broader platform integrations. We work in a relaxed, trust-based environment spread across multiple countries. We don't clock-watch — we care about delivery, commitment, and quality. That said, we do expect you to be active, communicative, and responsive during your working hours, collaborating closely with teammates across different time zones within the EU. This is a great opportunity for a developer who wants to grow from ownership of a live product into broader architectural contribution, working with modern cloud-based microarchitectures and decoupled systems in a real-world, fast-moving environment.

Requisitos

-> Strong proficiency in React, including reusable and extensible component design -> Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express -> Proficiency in TypeScript -> Solid understanding of decoupled architectures and cloud-based microservices -> Proven experience working on real-world, production-grade systems -> Git version control (must-have) -> EU-compatible timezone availability -> Nice to have: Advanced TypeScript patterns and best practices -> Nice to have: Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines -> Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools or AI integrations -> Nice to have: Cloud certification (any provider, any level) -> Nice to have: Experience with testing frameworks
