Job page
The full posting: intro, description, requirements, closing. Apply starts the application. Depending on the site's settings, applying may ask you to sign in first.
Applying
Name, email, phone, your CV as a PDF, and any extra questions the company asks. You will also be asked:
- Whether you want to be considered for other openings β no, only if you are not selected for this one, or yes for any suitable role.
- If offered, whether you prefer a manual review instead of AI evaluation.
- To accept the privacy notice, shown right above the submit button.
Signed-in applicants can reuse the CV saved in their account. Once submitted you receive a confirmation, and the application appears in My applications.
Signing in (applicants)
Applicants sign in with a social account β no password to remember. Signing in gives you status tracking, messages from the hiring team, and interview scheduling. Your email comes from the account you signed in with and cannot be changed on an application.
My applications
Every application you have submitted with its current stage in plain terms β received, under review, interviewing, and so on. Open one for the details.
One application
The role you applied to, your submitted details (editable while the application is still early), and two sections that fill in as the process advances:
- Interviews β proposed times to accept, or a box to suggest another time. A booked interview shows the date and offers a calendar file.
- Chat β messages with the hiring team.
Withdraw at the bottom takes you out of the process at any time before it ends; you can say why, but you don't have to.
Notifications
A copy of every email the company sent you, in case one didn't arrive, plus chat messages with a Reply in chat button. Unread items are counted in the tab.
Account
- Profile β your name and phone, used to pre-fill future applications.
- CV / Profile β the CV on file and how the system read it. Uploading a new one affects future applications only; applications already submitted keep the CV you sent.
- Auto-apply β switch off automatic enrolment in other roles.
- Data & privacy β download everything held about you, or delete your account and all your applications permanently.
